I know part of the title has to do about 'command', but ever since I tried to search it again, I came up with nothing. It has quite a number of pages too, and I liked it. Plus, the same author made a side story about an oni futa and an elf in the same universe as well. Another guess is that the full moon makes them hornier than usual.
