Ok so it's an excerpt from a longer manga.
It was under the stuck tag on HentaiPalm.
Three people are going through a cave followed by a bad guy.
And the girl gets stuck in a crawlspace.
So the bad guy starts molesting her from behind.
She starts moaning and panting.
So one of the guys on the other side puts his dick in her mouth.
And yeah, after that the wall falls down I think?

There's also another one I want.
A girl is on a skiing trip with her boyfriend I think and gets stuck in an avalanche
And then she's like...stuck in an snowball.
And two guys finds her and start doing stuff while she's stuck in the snowball.
