First of all, I know it is going to sound as stupid as it is but I have to make sure if I am allowed to download games from F95zone here in Germany. I just moved in Germany and the first thing my friends told me is to be VERY CAREFUL with my downloads as they knew I used to download hundreds of stuff in my home country.
So if anybody here (Preferably German) can let me know if I am free to use this site or not, I would really appreciate it.
Define "allowed". There's nothing forbidden about downloading porn, but this is a piracy site so, I wouldn't quite use the word "allowed"
What your friend probably warned you of is torrenting or watching streamed movies / series (potentially of real porn).
It's true that in Germany there are lots of active lawyer companies who send out tons of warnings (Abmahnungen) worth of 1000€+ if they suspect that you pirated movies / series.
There was a huge case where all German users of, I believe it was pornhub (in 2013), received massive amounts of mails demanding they pay hundreds of € for each illegaly watched porn video on pornhub.
For non-porn torrenting there have also been various cases of people getting huge Abmahnungen.
However, I have never heard of anyone caring about porn games. Only real porn movies and of course non-porn movies, especially if it's from Disney/Warner Bros/etc.
You can easily protect yourself by using a VPN... or... just not responding to such a mail if you get one. In the pornhub case, the lawyers ended up losing. In fact, most of these lawyers are just trolls that hope that you don't want further trouble and just pay up. The industry has advanced so much nowadays that there are even a bunch of fake companies with fake lawyers sending out fake Abmahnungen.
In summary, "allowed" isn't the word I would use for downloading pirated content but nothing will happen. If you want to feel safe, just use a VPN, though.
