Downloading lona rpg but it gives an installer instead of the game files when i unzip

For some reason whenever I download the game off of one of the links, the zip file I get has a sketchy installer and I dont know how to get the files for the game

*also remove any other adblock-like extension if you had one so they don't interfere with uBO

shot in the dark: are you sure you downloaded from one of the links from here - f95zone.to and not some similar-named scam site eg. f95zone.to ?

edit: LOL, I wrote the url of the fraud site, but forum "corrects" it to display f95zone.to.
so that's why above sentence makes no sense.

F95 does their best at scanning files from games developed by dev's prior to being published on the site.

I downloaded Lona RPG off the Zone a few months prior and the game files were all legit and intact.

Mirroring Goeffel's sentiment, you may want to check the domain of the F95 site that you downloaded the Lona RPG game from. A lot of fictitious copycat F95 site domains have popped up in the past and can be misleading.

I checked and I have ublock installed so I dont think thats it unless ublock doesn't work in incognitio

Where was this other install link that you used for upload haven? From the Lona RPG game page on F95zone.to? Or was it from one of those scam/copycat sites?

Uploadedhaven works just fine, tested it myself. Your browser/adblocker is fucked up for some reason.

Yeah, I was about to say. I checked on my end just a few moments ago and all was working as it should. No sketchy installers or anything of the sort from the Uploadhaven link on the Lona RPG page.

unless ublock doesn't work in incognitio

all extensions should be off by default in incognito mode to prevent tracking of what you do in there from said extensions. have you told the browser to make an exception for ublock?

it doesnt work in incognito by default, theres a setting
also ublock and ublock origin are completely different developers incase you actually have the wrong one
