Did you update the game? In Page 1 of this thread, there is a message that tells you that you have to update the patch.
locks you out of certain dialog options that triggers flag for route/ending. for example if your karma is more than 90 at end of chapter 6 or 7 you'll be doing evil route and you'll skip the entire divine city map

high karma is bad in this case, don't worry too much about it there are lots of ways to reduce it, including an item you can always purchase
It's a tad unfair the main love interest, Alphonse is denied any and all pussy save for Iris's. While Iris can go around fucking any guy she wishes, even the other male companions. Thing is, its more that Iris is the only one who wants to bang him.

Having a strange bug, or what I'm assuming is a bug. During battle any kind of vaginal penetration is not being registered as a virginity loss. Event based ones work, or using the insertion action in battle, but not the grapples from monsters during battles. Has this been happening for anyone else? I tried looking through the comments but saw no one mentioning it. And yes I know some don't cause virginity lose but characters are specifically mentioning blood in the dialogue.

Same as with any other NPC, but you need raise Iris's affection with target companion to a specific point, I think the game will tell to what level.
For sex with futa-Iris, take control of one of he girls and proposition her in her room on the ship. To have Iris get futa fucked by one of the other girls, take control of her. As for her male companions, control Iris and her fuck each one first. Then you can have the others fuck the trap and the lion man after she's had her taste of them.
