Dream-Inspired H-game Concept (Dreams are Weird)

So last night I had a dream about an H-game in an engine like UE5.

It was a 3rd Person Sci-Fantasy RPG where "corruption" was actually how you became more powerful.

Basic plot is this: MC (highly customizable, but mine was Female.) is on the run from an Order of Priests who take "corruption" away from people for secret Demonic Alchemy. "Corruption" was actually a term made by priests to manipulate people into giving up various "gifts" such as Large assets, lactation, Virility, "flexibility," stretchiness, Strength, speed, intelligence, skills, charisma, etc. To defeat the order (eventually) you would have to reach a certain level of "corruption" and not lose fights, because when you lost fights, they'd capture you, trap you, and "Steal some of your corruption" which you would then have to regain.

Various "corruption types" could be found by harvesting certain substances (like scientific elements, chemical compounds, types of energy, etc.) from the world. OR by "encounters" with certain creatures, either by choice, or when losing fights. Gathering and fighting (when you could) would also increase levels. However, levels were another thing the Priests would try to steal from you. At one point in the dream, to escape the priests, I had to fashion an underwater breathing apparatus and go for a swim to stop them from attacking me and stealing my stuff, because the priests in that area were vastly stronger, and I found an underwater training gym run by an "Azazel" person who would train you in combat or "sexual aspects."

I found it fascinating (and really fun), what about you guys?

Would you make it 3D? I'd prefer the more realistic look to the cartoon style.

The first thing I should mention is this was definitely a dream. I haven't even fully learned RPGM MX yet.

I was thinking about giving myself a reason to learn UE5, but I'll need to come up with about 200 GB of HD space for the engine alone. I do like the idea enough to try once I fix my external HDD, but I am REALLY inexperienced in game design.

It is something I have always been curious about, though. Not to mention a few other concepts I mull around. (Most of them non-adult.) I have a science-fiction series I am writing too, and I may have other uses for these kinds of engines pertaining to that series.

The premise sounds cool, definitely a good dream. You could make a game based on this, but if you have little experience, it's probably not going to come out anywhere near whatever you're currently imagining.

Don't let that stop you, though. There can never be enough 3D games!

Sounds like your dream mashed too many things together and wound up with a mess. It would probably be better to refine corruption down to a demonic magic that can be used to body alteration or sex based mind control attacks. Giving players both a reason to save it, and a way to spend what they don't need or a way of dealing with powerful enemies if the sex attack is strong enough. That would also give the corruption a reason to be so widespread, it was left behind when a powerful succubus walked the world. And there you have the beginning of a proper story for why you and the priests are gathering corruption. The priests want to summon a different type of demon to introduce new types of magic into the world, while the player worships succubi and wants to use the magic to spread lust.

I'm confused. were you a woman in the dream too, not just in the hypothetical future game? because otherwise breathing through your dirty tighty whities gets a whole new spin.

not judging, but if you as a guy saw a sex dream about being a woman getting fucked in an underwater gym, I think we may have settled the age old question: "Do guys who play female protagonists really just dream about getting fucked by other guys?"


okay, okay. jokes aside that sounds like a great idea for an rpg. you should totally do it.

Well, it was a dream. Should I manage to get the HDD space for the UE5 software and learn to make things with it, I would absolutely refine it down and streamline it. But that scale of a project might make it unattainable anyway, unless I managed to land enough money (somehow in my life) to hire staff to help with it.

It seems like an interesting idea, but I would have to see some game play before I could definitively say Yes or No. (Yes, I voted maybe)

Just a few personal thoughts:

I know corruption is a fairly loose term when it comes to porn games, but, you might want to replace 'corruption' with sluttiness (or lewdness). I have a hard time trying to equate big tits and big dicks with someone being 'corrupt', being 'slutty' and having big, stretchy, assets seems to be a better fit.
Along with that, if that Order encounters you and you are not 'slutty' enough, they would then steal strength, int, charisma, or levels from the MC.

With that, you could work in some type of 'pure' run, where it is easy to gain power by being slutty, but harder to gain levels/stats. You could go 'turbo slut' and power through the game or you could go 'puritan' and engage a more 'thinking man's game' style of play.
Or ... there could be benefits to going either way, turbo sluts have tougher fights against the Order, but easier times against anything else and the reverse for the puritan style play.
