Not yet, but ongoing. Wacth this exact post for updates. Last is from April 8.

Lot of people waiting for it to be finished, but we are patient and let the author do it in his own pace. And are thankfull for him for his work.

Short breakdown of what is left...
-Gallery data entry pretty much done, have to make a few new thumbnails (based on unlocked variations). Done
-Ending guide entry is done but UI needs work. Currently working on

-Minigame Guide (Day 4, 7, 21 Sandbox) needs day 7s "not all scenes" data entry, UI is basically done. Done, currently finishing Day 7 testing
-Sandbox sections UI update needs to be finalized, mostly images. Done, just have to finish images and drop them into folder
-Relationship screens UI needs to be finalized and tested. 90% done
-Relationship functionality bug found, still needs fixing.
-Fixed minor bug on main menu
-Guide information needs entry and UI to be finalized. Will start after achievements & endings
-Variable Cheats UI needs to be finalized. Will start after achievements & endings UI complete
-Need to create highlighting color modification functionality and UI.... will just be hex text, no color picker. Saving it for last

Plus there is one or two items I'm still looking into fixing/modifying, followed by testing and any bug fixes. Done

Edit: Going forward further updates will stay on this post. I won't make more posts, I'll just update this one.

Mod is not working as expected. Except Gallery Unlock, I'm not getting the Story Walkthrough option. Screenshots attached. Game Version is 1.0.3

May 12 Update ...
-Achievement/Ending Guides Finalizing UI. Finished then hard drive died, currently refinishing (~80% redone) then on to testing.
-Day 7 testing is finished...
-Fixed a bug on Day 7 while not on "do all" path when going to Aunt's (If you saw Marcus, but not the girls it said you needed to see Marcus; removed girls req.).
- Sandbox UI images are done.
-Relationship UI screens are Complete.
-Guide Information screen is ~30% done.
-Character cheat screen is ~30% done.
-Color change functionality is done; needs UI and testing (UI will be simple textbox entry).
-Bug still remains in the relationship functionality; will fix last.

* Release may take a little longer than I'd hoped as my hard drive died on me late last week so I've lost a little bit of work. I do backup my stuff every few days so I've only lost a little bit but it's the reason the achievement & ending guides haven't been finished yet.

I'm hoping to get caught up over the next few days, as I'm off the rest of the week; Birthday is Thursday.

Sorry guys been busy with work and home renovations. I'm hoping to have a version of the mod out within the next two weeks.... shooting for June 19th. If something comes up I'll notify as soon as I can.

I'm only working on this in my spare time usually just an hour or two a day only on the days I'm free.

As for the steam version ruining things, the GOG version has a bunch of different things that the steam version doesn't and my steam mod I was working on got tossed (it didn't work very well due to the engine update, etc). Once I have the mod complete I'll work on a mod to update the Steam version to the GOG version for steam users to use (will take a few more days to assemble the files and test).

Once released I'll ask you guys DM me any bugs/changes to the mod you'll want to see or things you guys want changed and I'll polish it up and do a final release sometime early-mid July. Also the mod will be uncompressed and you'll be able to mod it as you see fit.
