Overview:
You play as the middle sibling of a family living together with Mom, an older and a younger Sister, and a military Father. Just open the Scripts.rpa in a text editor, Ctrl + F and search for menu. This will show you the choices and the Variables they affect. The Slutty outfit requires 5 Lust from the Mom.

Example. Peek at mom is shower, dont jerk off but get caught by her = +2 Lust. Visiting her at night (Ass or Feet) nets you another +2 Lust. Dont compliment her Cleavage(That gets you a -2 Lust) instead compliment her at the shop and get +1 Lust for a total of 5 and she will buy the revealing clothes.

Only about 50 people who could potentially leak it, so don't get your hopes up. If I was the developer I would "leak" it myself to help build exposure, especially if I thought it was good content that would increase interest in the game.

DMD is solid, I feel like if this guy gives too much too early it could be damaging in the long run. If you are dealing drugs, you give a little of your product to get people hooked and then they come back begging for more. In the case of DMD less is more and it could be the standard going forward.

That said I like it, the models look good, the day/night cycle with goals is a nice touch, not sure how I feel about a cheesy spell he found on an old geocities/angelfire page. I can see why he'd push more up front, but pacing is important or it will be another 2-3 months and gone game.
