Have you played any? I'm not gonna sit here and list all of them for you to say "I played that already."
I've played almost every major title and just got done with "Selena - One hour agent" and thought the exhibitionism part of that was amazing, I love when its kinda accidental
I don't know what you consider a major title, for instance, my first suggestion would be Harem Hotel, that game has a huge exhibitionism focus, and it's on the top 20 or so liked games, does that mean you've played it, or is it not what you consider a major title?
I would consider Harem hotel a major title, I've scrolled past it a couple of times but nothing really caught my attention but might try it now that u said it
Absolutely, if you're into female protagonists, Project Sage is perfect for exhibitionism. What's best about it, imo, is the level of control the player has over who the MC is. You can be a smart slut, a dumb slut, a smart prude, a dumb prude, and anywhere in between. You can decide if your character notices she's being watched, then, after she has noticed, you have the option to still intentionally give them a show. It's one of my most anticipated current games.
Back to Harem Hotel, it has you "train" the girls to be exhibitionists, so it starts off small, a flash here, a secret vibe there. Then it escalates, you have them call attention to themselves, masturbate in crowds, let you fuck them in front of people, etc. There was even one event with a girl where you have a competition with another guy in public to see who can make their girl cum faster. It's sexual content is among my absolute favorite in any game.
Another female protagonist game with a lot of exhibitionism is Chloe18. From masturbating in class, to not wearing panties and flashing people at work, to later fucking a guy in a public park and being loud enough to draw a crowd, who you let masturbate over you. This game is by no means a masterpiece, but it's fun.
Sisterly Lust has a lot going on, but it has a fair amount of exhibtionism as well. You and your sister in the park, you and your other sister at a public pool at night, or that same sister on a beach, you and the first sister again at her school, you and that sister's two friends in the library at her school, and I'm sure, given some of the themes, there will be more.

Tamara's Exposure - my favorite game that fouses on exhibitionism fetish. It features both subtle flashes & extreme exhibitionism. Very frequent updates.
As am I. There are only too few fem protag exhib games to my taste. And if there are, it's only too often that forms of abuse are involved, or that it is turned into a lewdness fest.
Most of those games lack a degree of subtlety, too little emphasis on the excitement aspect.
Project SAGE (which has a counterpart in "Arizona Unbridled", which has far better graphics) and Naughty Lyanna are welcomed exceptions.
Have you ever tried Sunville and Ariane in Paradise? I personally found those also very good "vanilla" exhibitionist games.
I did try Sunville, and I liked it a lot. I just wish there there were more males to be admired by.
I tried Ariane in Paradise too, I believe. But if it's the game that I recall, the game started to ask me for my male name, upon which I removed the game.
If you like RPGM, you should try Celesphonia. That's one that I appreciated very much.
Oh, and one that you definitely should try from itch.io: Casual Desires. You're gonna love that one, I trust. I'll look again into Ariane then. Thanks for pointing it out.

.If you are ok with "escalation"-games, you also may try "Coming of Age". If you feel that game too grindy, you may just load a save and look into the recreation room. Beneath doing tons of lewd things, the protagonist May has also the possibility to take part in an exhibitionism contest, that leads finally to one of the hottest streaking tours, I ever have seen in a game. You can also access this in the recreation room (access in her room), if you just load the latest save.
I do have "coming of age" on my computer but it the games doesn't appear to progress anymore. I'm just repeating the very same day over and over.
