Nice, short, sweet, and still Doom.
Actual people are enemies (and civilians too!) rather than demons, yet their art style and appearance in this level doesn't look jarring or out of the ordinary. The level itself is really short - can be completed in around 10 minutes or less, even if you try to 100% it - but it plays well and is still fun to complete.
The girls are as NSFW as you can get in a game already pixelated, but the addition of h-scenes was unexpected for me. The sound effects they have are fitting, but there's only a few of them so they get repetitive after hearing them for the 30th time in a row.

It's Doom but if you're into shooting your scantily clad fellow humans and robbing a mansion, rather than valiantly destroying demon-kind.
