Despite the fact that the game is mercilessly long, and my playing time was close to 40 hours, I will be as brief as possible. Well, yes... I am one of those lunatic extremes who have unlocked almost every door in the game and found every existing treasure chest. Why? Because it's one of the best turn-based combat games I've ever played.
However, it's worth to mention that the gameplay can be extremely grindy, but the variety of enemies and the multitude of items that can be obtained more than make up for this.
As for the NTR events, there is a minimum amount that is unavoidable and related to the story, and there are those that can be fully avoided. However, in order to avoid the "optional" NTR scenes, you often need to know the events in advance. So it doesn't hurt if you save frequently or come to this forum to hunt for some spoilers.
But even though the NTR is my favorite genre, I still tried to avoid these events as much as possible, mainly for two reasons.
1. Most of these scenes are cruel, but the biggest problem is that they mainly aim to humiliate the MC. Personally I didn't really find any of these scenes particularly erotic, but if you're masochistic enough, you'll probably enjoy these scenes.
2. This is mostly the real reason. If you get too carried away with this genre, then after a while the game will, so to speak... punish you. How? With a Game Over. Of course, this doesn't happen so easily, but it doesn't hurt to be aware of it before you start playing. I was so paranoid that I didn't even let my heroine companions to lose a single "shield" to my rivals even by the end of the game. (You'll find out what this means later.)
My complaints:
- Lack of NTS (Netorase). In other words, I missing cheating scenes without any punishment or negative consequences.
- No animated porn scenes.
Spoiler alert!!
It's true that Riselle's forced NTR scene was quite shocking, but I feel it was still good for the game as it brought out many emotions such as revenge, anger, jealousy, and even lethargy in the player. My only feeling of lack was that when she rejoined the team at the end of the game, there was no continuation of the storyline with her. I was still able to raise the hearts to 100% with her, but it had no effect on the story. It's true that I already had a wife, Sharon, but I missed Riselle's remorse for what she did to me with Blue, and a little longing to be the MC's love again.
Final words:
I admit that the NTR was actually the reason I came, but this addictive dungeon crawler is what really made me stay. If you're a fan of puzzles and traps, or just like to wander around, encountering enemies along the way, and developing your unit members, then I absolutely recommend this game.
