Hell yeah! I was waiting for DYSTHANASIA for a long time, and it was worth it. The game has a really creepy atmosphere that keeps you nervous all the time. Monsters look scary and messed up, exactly how horror should be. The sounds and visuals work great together and make everything feel even darker.
This game is not for babies. If you don’t like gore, go play something cute. For true horror fans, this is pure gold. Dark, brutal, and very memorable. Easy recommendation.
P.S. There are sex scenes in the game. You can strip your character’s clothes by taking enough damage and if an enemy kills you, it turns into a hentai death scene.
