Maybe actually play the game? there is sexual content, you need to download the patch separately in the first page, maybe learn to read too

you literally get R- by monsters in game when you die not just gore, its like Revenge of the Night, Sinister 2 etc

Beat the game a few time, no segs, found only gore. Really liked the atmosphere and music when in the end disabling the device. Enemies pose little danger, just run past, dark souls style. Wish gallery would be fully unlocked on completion.

Yeah, she was running naked after few hits, no holes tho, only nipples can be visible. All animations i got is her dying different ways. Only dog had something remotely sexual by showing barbed wires into front hole.

It's a nice little game. Wished there was as many H-scenes as the guro ones.

Hint: For anything sexual she needs to be naked. the dog has to grapple you a certain way (i think from behind when he jumps), with her being naked for example. (and there is two different scenes for this.)

Not every monster have a sex scene. Only the eyeball humanoid, the dog, the fly, the 3 short monsters at the flesh area, 4-armed monster and the puppet hands. There are several scenes for each monster, depending on clothing condition (present/destroyed), finishing move of a monster and sometimes additional triggers.
