It's not uncommon for these achievements to be broken during translation attempts. Are you certain it isn't bugged?

not broken, its the same in the latest JP version. the game sucks at explaining things.

i guess that last missing scene is the harem ending. iv never figured out how to get it.

iv never even found any guide on this game in any of the JP H indie games guide sites.

Have you tried avoiding any scenes? That includes not going out with Yui and meet her friends.
There's one other yes/no choice before that but I forgot what it is.

I mean, the only one that pops out and gives you a choice. I'll probably try this out myself in a couple of days.

On another note, do you know what actually triggers the double blowjob from the twins? I triggered it on my very first run and can't trigger it on new runs anymore.
If events are available only on specific dates, then that's ridiculous. No way am I going through every map every day to see if there's something new.

Also last question, does inviting girls to follow you actually do anything? I still have some events to unlock but I haven't seen any use of inviting yet.

I haven't tried to avoid scene but even if you say no you still meet them later
