I think I've figured out the problem. I downloaded the demo version directly from the website where the game was originally available for sale, and the demo version has the same keylogger accusation on VirusTotal. So, after a quick search, I discovered that the two antivirus programs accusing the malware aren't very reliable. Ikarus is a new antivirus, so it's prone to bugs. Google, on the other hand, doesn't understand the purpose of a code, and flags it as malicious for security reasons. So, these antivirus programs are most likely flagging a false positive.I downloaded it here and tested it with Virustotal, and the same thing happened. But, Windows Defender doesn't detect anything.
I then went back to the download available on the Internet Archive, and it also says it contains malware. Could this be some kind of false positive? I think that the database of these antiviruses are accusing the crack used in Echidna as being a malicious file (Normally antiviruses detect crack programs as being malicious) but I'm still in doubt about this, could someone confirm?
I downloaded and played the game and checked for any strange connections using TCPView and found nothing. My Windows registry is also clean, and there's nothing running in the taskmanager.
My conclusion is that this is a false positive; you can download it without any problems.
