This is a kinetic visual short story. A short story (as opposed to a novel) not just in terms of length but also in terms of having a clear and crisp plot, executed with no unnecessary fillers. That also means it's almost impossible to talk about the plot without severe spoilers. Even worse, here it's all given away by the NTR tag and the mention of "No Nut November" in the game's description, and confirmed by the example images.
This is an adult game with some nudity, but it is not a porn game. The images are of pretty high quality. The writing is OK overall, but could really do with some proof reading to get rid of numerous irritating typos and a few instances of Engrish.
It's a small download and played through very quickly. If the theme appeals to you I would recommend giving it a try. If the theme does not specifically appeal to you, you are not going to miss anything significant by skipping this one.
