I thought the housemates would discover the picture and ask MC questions (that's why I thought the option to keep the picture was there). For example, Mina comes into MC's room and then see the picture and asks MC who the other two were, you looked pretty close etc. At that point, MC would obviously be hesitant to talk about it. But MC ended up revealing his backstory himself anyway, without the picture. So I don't know what purpose it serves anymore.

Well, in "Wild cats," at first glance it seems like, yes, she's a party girl and sleeps with everyone, but after her explanation, everything falls into place, and the way she treats MC makes you truly sympathize with her, and what's more, she even makes sacrifices (I'm talking about the scene in the pool, where she doesn't go to the party, but decides to spend time with MC). And after that, you realize that while at first glance she looks like a slut, after meeting her, you can definitely tell she's not one. wtf? was one of the main LIs in the dev’s previous games really like this? I’m honestly wondering why he even felt the need to include such a slut of an LI. it isnt a bad game all in all but it did have some major hicups that brought fire and brimstone on him. the good thing about this dev is that he listens and is willing to change things, which is a rare quality in my book. plus he completes games and he puts lot of effort quality wise.

I dont know what made him go with this setup in this one though. he does have the experience.

IIRC throwing it away sets sets a ''move on'' variable.
I found it strange that he even packed that picture, absolutely no idea why he would keep it...could be used for well, moving on, or not, and maybe wanting to get even with them...but who knows.
