This update was miles better than the intro for sure. Way toned down, way more real and authentic at times, not over the top.

And damn, that backstory hurts. Felt it in my core.

go through the first 15 minutes of script and tell me how often the MC tells you the same thing with slightly different words?
WE'VE GOT IT! guy wears a mask. guy is a fraud, an actor!
a good book drops a hint, so the reader can see it coming - if he pays close attention! A hint!
10 hints a minute is definitely overkill!
oh, and terrible start!
I use mask now as synonym for sledgehammer!

I like this developers other game a lot but I don't like this game at all. Seriously playing a looser cuck isn't my thing.

I like the story, not a big fan of cheating but as a story aspect it's fine. I for one am looking forward to more but I'm afraid you're setting the story bar quite high with plays, scripts and stuff. Unless you're planning to skip through those parts.

I agree that there is too much depressive theme here. I thought after MC threw out the photo in ch1, I thought the story would start to take on color and MC would start to progress, but at the end of ch2, Mark appears again and, apparently, MC will continue to look pathetic.
In the first two games MC has balls in this story MC is worthless let's hope that everything changes.

Let's hope MC's support system is strong in this town, I can already tell Mark will try to fuck with MC again. Guy is a stalker holy shit. Probably will try to spread rumors again, hopefully he doesn't try to fuck the girls close to him.

Just started the game, and I'm going repeatedly WTF at the dialogue.

Who wrote this? Who even speaks in this fashion? The constant quippy tone that most characters (other than Mina) seem to have? This almost seems like Oldcat wrote the original story and fed it to ChatGPT to generate the script.

Yeah I also hope we won't have to deal with Mark for too long, like him getting in the university too so he'll always be there. Really not a fan of these avns where you draaaaaag the past, especially when we can have a great story around the whole theatre thing, that I kinda find unique (which is also the main issue I have with the game, MC speaks way too much to himself with these theatre puns).

Well seems like it's going to drag on with this asshole since ep2 ended with him bullying mc when he's with Juno so ep 3 still going with Mark.
