Reminds me of Green Shadow Rachel in theme/scope.
It's a hefty download, which puts it in a weird position: It's simultaneously well-worth the download, and not.
It's a self-contained, complete, no loose ends story, easily 4 or so hours of game, and takes itself seriously as a game rather than as a means of delivering porn, but without falling into the pitfalls that other games along those lines tend to (such as grinding, annoying minigames, a lot of forced dialog/exposition/worldbuilding fluff).
It stays tight and concise throughout. In other words, it doesn't "do a lot", but what it does, it does extremely well. It's a great example of a dev knowing exactly what they wanted to do and doing it, and not a lick more - no feature creep, no content pipeline/weight discrepancy here.
There's a setting, some characters, a story that the dev wanted to tell and scenes to go along with it (story scenes, game overs/bad ends and in-fight scenes from enemy moves), and nothing else: this is a good thing, in case you couldn't tell!
What lewd content there is is good, I just wish there was more of it for the stuff I like - but this is not a negative, as it follows a good approach: "Here's several types of content/fetishes/enemies, here's them having an equal amount of content evenly spread".
As for the gameplay itself, it's a standard RPGmaker fare, with a couple of QTE's involved (directional button mashing, button sequence typing and "hold key, release when in the right area"). I didn't find them too hard, but be aware that raising the speed of the combat animations will also raise the QTE speed, so keep that in mind.
This game would be a very easy reccomend if not for the 6gb+ download. As it is, take a good look at the screenshots and make double-sure you know what you're getting into content-wise - but if you do, it's excellent at what it is and what it does.
Very much looking forward for more from this dev, or even additions onto this title - the way it's structured makes it very easy to keep adding new stories/missions, areas, enemies and even content for existing things, since as mentioned before, this is a game with a clear start, middle and end - so grafting extra onto it does not detract from what already exists, as opposed to so many other ongoing titles.
And dev, if you're here, give me more Slate stuff, coward.
