Looking for an open ended game that has an economy, can train women or slaves, and some sort of combat. IDC if the combat is dungeon based, exploration, or whatever. Being able to pick each 'slave's' equipment also. Main character should be able to be a man.

That's a lot to ask for in one game. Some games that come to mind though that have slavery/maledom + combat + some management, but none of them are sandbox.
