looks like their is a partial English patch but how much has been translated I couldn't tell you

English release I think, so the two Flecc linked are probably the best you can get. One translates the interface the other some of the sex scenes.

What knight said above. So your best bet (and of everyone right now) is to wait for JAST USA and the announcement.. which can be easily not shared if the sales of the first version weren't that good. After all, works like this and in the end, this will be just an unfair move from them because now no one can make a fan translation of it since they own the rights of the game.

i dont think jast will be localizing this. not enuff sales. and there is no fan translation comming only interface and h-scene's will be translated by surferdude. so less someone who read's/write's japanese and english does it themselve's best case is failed machine translations or vnr and vnr suchs as it crashes alot and dont even catch 1/2 the stuff.
