This page makes it look like tyviania's animations are in the game. So does this creator have any permission to use the animations or the character? This is kinda sketch. Games with stolen assets and art are horrible.

EDIT: I, as well as another member of this forum, have reached out to Tyviania. They confirmed that they were aware and somewhat involved in the game to the extent of giving permission for animations. They are also credited in the game itself.
