There's literally no sexual content in elona besides some implications on an untranslated dialog replacement (in english there's literally nothing because the pet lines don't change).
Good game though

I've played elona before so when i see that game on the thumbnail i was ready to wrote something like " who tf upload this game on this site " with big LOL emote on the end

There was some kind of prostitution mechanic, but it was never really that in depth. I haven't touched this game in years, so maybe something's changed, but I wouldn't expect a lot of sexual content. Still a damn good rougelike, though.

All I recall about this game is that you can apparently terminate a pregnancy with acid and that you can pickpocket trees from a forest. Hey, might be worth a punt, and it has the Sseth seal of approval.

So I looked into this when I first saw Elona Sister tower defense game was a spin off made by original creator of elona the open world rpg I think sseth or mandalore might have a video of them playing the rpg. I actually quite liked the flash defense game as a kid/teen
