Just wait, this game creates cache for each opened video file in AppData folder. So for every video you are going to watch in game FIRST time there will be such pause/lag. Also, may be you don't have enough space on your system drive, so game can't create cache and hangs. There is warning in the first post of this thread about that: Before starting the game, make sure you have at least 36+ GB of free space on your system drive (where you have your Windows installation) because game will create Unity cache of that size!

I wait like you said, I open my game and wait on the the loading screen for like 1 hr+ but nothing happen.
I try to move the game to SSD but nothing happen, still stuck on the loading screen loop.
PS. I have 60+ of free space in my window's drive and I try to check my AppData folder. I cannot find the Unity folder, it seems the game doesn't create cache folder at all.

Here is the method. Complete any interview. After returning to main game screen with desk, DON"T click on "Interview new people". Instead quit the game, and make copy of game's savegame folder ("%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Joybrick\The Hardest Interview\SaveData\") to some other place, say to C:\HI_Save\

Now start the game and click on "Interview new people", you will get 5 girls. If you don't like what you see, just press ALT-F4 to close game fast and copy your saved before savegame folder from C:\HI_Save\ to "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Joybrick\The Hardest Interview\SaveData\" overwriting it.

Start game again and click on "Interview new people". Repeat process until you get girls you need.

TLDR: when you click on "Interview new people" the game randomly choosed 5 girls and show it to you AND instantly saves those 5 girls you got into your savegame and you can't skip them or get new ones. So the only way is to backup your savegame BEFORE clicking on "Interview new people" and restore it manualy to make RNG work again without actually doing interview.

Hi, why won't it work? The game is offline, so nothing changed. Read guide carefully and do it step by step.
