After specific request here's a slightly edited DeepL/Google hybrid MTL for v1.01 (Called v1.01 in the files, but that seems to be the only version released so far) including scripts.

Just i case someone else get's stuck on the guy asking for his favorite number, it's:
Guessing the clue to that should be given from the dialog when interacting with the tents but I don't know if I'm to stupid to figure out the riddle, if I missed one (or more) of the clues while searching the area or if the it simply got lost in the translation somewhere
