tl;dr: Incredibly solid concept with a few small misses in execution, absolutely worth playing
As many others say the "ero" part is mostly left to "look at those girls dressed up in fetish gear" and small animation loops during combat when you'll probably be too locked-in to care. Its not a deal breaker for me and general fetish aesthetic is satisfying on its own.
Gameplay is by far the main selling point and it's certainly fun and fun for a while. But it's also easy to get fucked over by RNG (while you won't get your characters outright killed it's a major pain in the ass to rescue and fix them up). It's also easy to make absolutely overpowered builds that take away the challenge and interesting strategy from combat (do not minmax alchemists it will ruin you).
One of the things I enjoy the most is the level of polish - plenty of good art, unique OSTs and good narration (although narrator's voice might be an acquired taste).
What I enjoy less is the amount of grind to explore events, upgrade things, get all the more interesting equipment, level characters, and actually complete the game. Ultimately I didn't finish the game, mostly because I spent more time assembling teams with level-up goals that I could complete at once.
