Pretty simple gameplay. It's similar to that dungeon crawler where you fuck the bosses. You collect orbs to gain Defense and Attack. There are a limited amount of keys to open doors. Combat is just taking turns attacking with no input. The sex scenes are event tiles you step on and from seducing cultists. Can't go back to previous rooms. Short and simple game.
