Error when open Renpy game in drive D

Hi,I always get this massage when trying to open Ren'py game that I extract in drive D how to solve this I can open the game in drive C normally. ? Thank in advance

Change the folder name to something with Latin letters. The ????????? in the error message shows that the engine apparently can't read your Malay or whatever language that is.
