Good game, shame it was abandoned because plot is interesting and some interesting things can happen. But if you like femdom this game is very well suited. Maybe too much dialogue i would say. But scenes are awesome, the author focus on feet, legs so that is a plus.

My first review in F95

The scripts of this game are at the advanced level for me, really enjoying the perspective of one who gets dominated by surroundings at the beginning and then would gradually turn the situations of submission into domination. It has a peculiar character, the MILF maid, and when I have read the dialogues in the first lewd scene related to her, I was so eager to sneak a glimpse of her past. Even though the story and setting are normal, the writing has definitely drawn my attention so that I could keep seeking words of revealing the whole story.

Maybe due to the high level of writing, it seems too hard to complete the game, especially difficult to deal with relationships between the maid and the grandpa (It cannot be in real life without a fantasy tag or any logical fallacy, and it is hard to imagine the “master” does not have any superpower to control his subordinate. Otherwise, such substantial submission of Anja could not come into reality).

For graphics, the composition and shadow are splendid in 2020, still good in 2023. The scripts and shadow amplify the effects of feeling stressful when we confront the mistress.

However, this is not a pure femdom work, and its alternative fetish is about how the dominated one gets the chance to dominate others. That is to say, the more stressful we feel at first, the more joyfulness we will get in the end. On top of that, we would not see the fate of this manor, but I still hope the dev could expand the scope of story further, especially for Anja's part.

I'll preface this by saying that assuming you like femdom, this is a must-play, you won't regret it. As usual, I'll break this down in a few criterea.

Graphics: 4/5

Just some 3D renders, no actual art, but they are really well done and there's so many, you can feel that some effort went into making every scene. Very enjoyable overall except the weird outfit for the MC.

Story: 4/5

The world and the setting are pretty generic for a femdom-themed game but the characters are really well written, they so much depth to them, and you can interact with them a lot over the course of the game.

Content-wise, it's pretty big, I played for 6 hours already and seems like there's still more to go. Purely story and sex scenes, no grinding or annoying shit of any kind.

I don't like how it's structured though, with the game forcing you to choose a "path" (dom/sub/middle) and then all the choices you can make in subsequent scenes are restricted based on the path you're in. It should be the opposite, you as the player making choices freely, and your choices define your path.

Gameplay&UI: 2/5

pretty standard visual novel stuff, functional but nothing crazy. No minigames, customization or anything like that.

Music: 4/5

Once again it's nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. Considering a lot of games on here don't even have music this is more than enough to make the experience enjoyable.

Conclusion:

While being far from perfect I think it's one of the best games out here (if you like femdom). Good characters, tons of content, clearly a high-effort project. A shame it's abandoned now but it's still worth playing.

Quite a high quality game when it comes to the 3D models, backgrounds and scenes. Heavily leaning into femdom and has quite the defined characters. But sadly, this game has been abandoned and was left in an early-ish state, so i dont really see much of a point in leaving a detailed review.

Just know, for what little it has to offer, its pretty good.

It is one of the best femdom games out there but Heather is unnecessary addition to game for me. I just try to skip and act like she does not exist in the game at all. Without Heather it would be 5 star from me, well maybe 4.5.

I'm not into femdom per say, so I play the Domish, I say that because there isn't true dom route in this game, route.

The renders in the game are beautiful and the writing has a lot of depth. It's on a higer level than most games I've played. Also, the use of the piano theme in this is very fitting.

The game provides and atmosphere I can't say I've encountered elsewhere. It's the best sub/dom game I've played that's for sure. Not one to be passed up.

jfc i so hate this game, that male dom tag is really misleading since the game is 90% getting stepped on, insulted and degraded by women so wretched that their good looks couldnt make up for who they are in this life, or the next.
the unavoidable "incest" made me really uncomfortable too, despite that never being an issue for me before. i suppose its cause the childhood friend is so weak and fragile that it really makes you wanna protect her, meanwhile the protag is on some HORNY shit like all the time. never before have i played an adult game where i get genuinely pissed off when the protag gets erect.

its prolly a good game, looking strictly from a story telling perspective, the plot did keep me interested despite me having zero interest in the women (safe for anja), so i'll give it that. ig its really just not for me, i'll rate it fairly tho.

Assuming that you're comfortable with aspects of femdom, this game is fantastic. I say aspects because your character doesn't have to be submissive in this game, and the developer does a good job of offering multiple ways to handle situations based on your preference. Looking forward to future updates!

I have become a $5 tire patron of the developer, hoping to give the developer more motivation to go forward, because this is the best female domination work I have ever played.

First of all, it has a high quality galleries. Although I always remind myself that the content or story is very important, it turns out that great pictures can make players more motivated to continue, which is very sad… > <

Secondly, the expansion of its content is pavement, instead of simply putting various elements directly in front of the players, which impressed me even more, and at the same time the story is more complete and reasonable.

I gave a try with prejudice, guessing it wasn't for my taste, and on the contrary I loved it!
First of all, kudos to the writer. Maybe it's the game with the best writing, it's a psichological game of manipulation and domination. I'm sure that it can't be the favourite game for who wants to relax and to simply watch nice scenes and nice renders.
As example, I guess it can be art either the porn and the softcore. This is a "softcore psichological thriller".
But yes, I've reached the end of the current game and there's not yet a single penetration.
I hope the game will get updated, because I wanna see how the summer at the mansion will go on, and I wanna see MC dominate the Von Sterns.
Heather is a great character, the maid is a good character, but the three Von Sterns are written really really good.
As said, I've been doing a Dom path, but maybe I'll give a try to other paths, for curiosity.

Estate Dominate (ver 0.36.1) is a great game, no doubt about it, but not in the way most games on the forums are. Sexual content does happen, but is not the center of many of the scenes and developments, which focus on the powerplays of the ladies in the house. Because you are trapped in this situation, there is no two ways about it, and it is hard, abussive and brutal in many points. I've felt rage, impotence, frustration, etc. much more often than arousal or sexual excitement, and it is a testament to how well-written the game is. The story is great, the characters are believable and well crafted and their interactions are twisted and cruel but also surprising very often. There are some times your actions don't really reflect what I'd want to do (sponge bath especially, I'm looking at you!) but most of the time they do and the story flows naturally and well told.

Render quality and models are very high, though some things are present in other games, probably taken out from a common library. Animations aren't too present, mostly happening at times by interchanging two still images to create a sense of movement. As for bugs, I haven't encountered any in my playthrough, unless sometimes the dialogues weren't supposed to go as they do (sponge bath!).

All in all, it's a hard, tough and cruel game, but it certainly is a good one. 9/10

I love a game where they try to put you in a Sub situation but where you slowly turn the tables and this game absolutely hits that mark for me.

For such an early stage 0.36.1, this has quite a lot of content and I was especially surprised at the subtle way characters develop as you choose different paths. Definitely like the contrasting dom/sub paths and the variety between the two.

Generally good quality writing but there is A LOT of dialogue. Way too much. I enjoyed myself playing this game but, it's too much of a femdom theme for me. I mean i'm willing to explore a femdom kink but i'm just not that into this. Even though you can become dominant later on and have some agency, it's still too much of a femdom theme for me and too much dialogue to continue. Even though i did still quite enjoy it. But if you're really into femdom or turning on the femdom bitches, then you'll probably like this and continue. Plus there is some good side-incest stuff.

I usually tend to just fap in the background instead of writing reviews, but this game deserved one. It is an amazing game: excellently written, captivating plot, great images, and plenty of kink to keep you entertained.

To anyone who is wondering if they should take a peek at this, you really should (provided you don't get caught and punished). Though with over 140 pages of comments, I doubt anyone reading this isn't already playing.

Top Quality and i like the setting. Also good one can choose between beeing submissive or take it while staying strong. Just the neutral path is not needed i think.
For me this is one, if not even the #1, of the leading FemDom games.

Very good and very prommissing game , if this game will be developed like this i expect great results. I am curious routes that will develop in the future and so they will be smart writen. I wish i would be released more often but I will wait paitently for another release !!
