As the title says, any games that let you play around with "positive" & "negative" traits/genes? Breeding either the MC with someone else or two other people and keep breeding until by the end, you've got something akin to a perfect demigod (genetic-wise)?

Hi, if you don't mind the fantasy creatures, Breeders of the Nephelym would fit, there is a lot of different genetic traits (good or bad depending on tastes). MC can participate in the breeding (you can choose being male, female or futa) or breed only the creatures.
And please mind that the preview screenshots don't really do justice to the real game ^^
