I know it isn't my internet. I have done a speedtest and it shows 400 mbps. Also Steam and other things downloads at my normal speeds. I also paid for the Mega monthly subscription because i thought that would speed it up but none of the links for any games seem to download unless i wanna wait a day to weeks. what is the deal?

Maybe it's the internet plan you chose? Because there's no way the sites are at fault. For example, I download from Mega at 12 MB and I'm pretty satisfied with it. If you feel like you're not getting what you're paying for, it's probably time to call your internet provider and call them some (not so affectionate) names.
