To illustrate: in Mad Island, the game "forgets" what clothes the female character was actually wearing, and she has H-scenes in her default outfit.

When playing as a goblin after triggering h-scene camera center stays in place but goblin moves ahead so you end up with shifted camera center point during each h-scene. I don't have this problem while playing a female character though. Also i wasn't able to get any other pose other then missionary. Is that all? If that's so then it's not worth spending time on.

Well Mad island is a bad example xD Coz Mad Island the content for the female main character for example it's almost abandoned buuuuut it's an ea and we have regular updates, only time will tell if he starts to add the content that lacks for fmc, at least 2 or 3 years more for that game, then with full content i will tell you if dev its a fucking asshole, but u have a point yeah xD.

For the rest i cant talk too much coz i don't know about it, wish i have the knowledge but well it is what it is i guess.

Not exactly. Nowadays there is a lot of assets and modules which allow to implement that really easy. Especially for UE4. The common problem that a developer don't know how to use it normally.
For example in that game there is no possibility to change the configuration (resolution, etc.) and that is usually mean that this is the one of the first projects of the game developer. Usually the game basis is configurability and stability.
I've also found that few part of game isn't using properly, that creating a problem with productivity.
Hope that developer will be succeeded in that game implementation and learn a lot from that experience.

ah, and I was very disappointed at that too. I was hopeful the clothing would stay on because it's more appealing seeing a monster girl or animal girl fool around.
