I'm not sure of that, anyway many questions are not about this aspect.
The game is not about who are you, but about what you do.
Maybe I'm wrong, but It seems to me that Girl life is only about woman's life simulation ?
You can be Man, Woman or Shemale, Heterosexual, Homosexual or Bisexual, in all case you can be leader or victim.
(Except for sexual attributs, biological sex has no impact on the game. If you look like a man, you're a man for the game, then a shemale is the same as a woman, I've implemented the complete change from male to female for all NPC, I'll implement for the next version the penis's transplant to be complete. Man <==> Shemale <==> Woman)
For me in this game, sex is not the lack. UI, clothes, BDSM club, gangwar, new crimes, legal investement, etc are priority (and that is many stuff). I must expand the world before anything else.
But I can integrate addon/rework of existing story like the job of RenStimpy on submissive woman in university and stripclub (you don't need to provide the perfect work like him, but at least a story with step-by-step detail and who is coherent with the world)
Like said the story, you are alone, or your relatives Father, Mother, Brother and Sister are far away in a small provincial town (where you are born). The game begin when 'Go to the capital'. (you can forget incest with this relatives for the moment).
For the daughters and sons, you can have it (you see if your partner or you is pregnant after 10 days), but before there are the right age to act like others NPC you have a little time
I've nothing again incest, but the story and the world does not lend itself to it.

Corrected for the next version (for the moment, it can be bypass by the presence of one bodyguard to fire Mansion's guard)
I took some time to finally try to make sense of the dev's galaxy brain body parts list, and it turns out almost everything simplifies down to `fem` variable for ass, hips, and legs, and `tits` for tits.
Overall if you plan on having other people work on the game like you mentioned, it's probably ok at some point to just simplify the body part formula considering theres currently 3 body parts tied to 1 single variable.
Also in vivod settings. NPC shemales are currently condemned to turning in writhing masses of landwhale if given enough time. While this may bring joy to a small portion of players, I feel like the player should have more agency over this type of thing not happening. Which kind of brings me to also need to mention default estrogen proportions are too crazy, and can afford to limit `fem` and `tits` to a reasonable value like 20 or 25, and probably keep the fat stat from spiraling out of control up to a certain value like 1000 or so.

You are right fem and tits are actually the true values.
For tits, there are no real problem tits are the boob size (start at 0=>250 for a women, 0 for a man), titk is cup size and depend of tits (ok, tit has no reality, just a line in 'Body', I'll supress it)
For fem, actually ass=tights=leg and are based on fem (start at 450=>1000 for a women, 0 for a man), but I'm sure that's not a good thing (for example leg should take rost to determine the real value)
If you read 'Body' you see that the russian have made some simplify to be functional, but all variables are a part of a define body. That's must be review but not necessarily simplified.
(My problem is there are more than 300 variables to define a NPC, I had begin to make a data dictionary but it's take time).
You have right and wrong :
First, that not concern all the shemales, but only the NPC who want be a shemale(generated and premade).
Second, there are not real problem about fat(between 300 & 2000 for a new NPC generated), fem(Woman 450=>1000), tits(Woman 0=>250). A use of estrogen give 1->6 fat(the more when you are muscle), 1->5 fem, and 1->5 tits.(ok there are a bug in order of test, you can double if you are on a limit).
Third, I think the reason of presence in 'vivod' is the russian wanted to make a slow transformation but I'm not sure that the good thing to do (I think in the concept game there are only male and female, shemale has added after). And yes with no action(medical or drugs) and many times, this shemale became landwhale
I don't mind the gradual transformation, in fact I like it a lot.

I talk for estrogen, for want_be_shemale's evolution I'm not certain of the good place in vivod.
For fem, we can study the thing, but fem (like estrogen) is for shemale and female(I don't have search what must be the high limit)
For fat, it's absolutely no ! fat is a combustible(not obligatory) to make many things (there are some logic's bugs because the global system is not finish, but for example if yours shemales is junkies, make them to whore and you never had any fat's problem)
If I've time I try to ameliorate fat consumption (I take this point, but I certify nothing for the next version).
For fem, I found 690 to be the magic number as it gives ass, tights, and leg rating of 25. So wide feminine thighs, big ass, and thick feminine legs. Fat I currently have mine capped at 850 for "soft, not sports" body.
Tits I have natural progression at 230, but I admit, estrogen doesn't naturally give people E cup breasts, so maybe capping it at B cup makes more sense.

Is there a way to make, or a trait to make the player more confident in, receiving some hot and steamy attention? Right now if you do anything other than pile drive and slap people around you need to spend days worth of time in the gym boxing to recover leadership.
Initially there is an option to marry this or that character, but that option always seems to disappear in short order once you start doing things with them.
It's likely an option for slave owners, but for "normal" startups, such as a college student, is there/will there be an option to convince or inject a lover with high relationship with the various chems available? Can you convince them to start making a transition one way or another?
Is there any way to be invited to parties as a college student if you are a shemale?

I actually have most of those modded in personally outside the sex tape thing due to lack of personal interest, but I've generally held back on releasing personal updates as I don't have the commitment to keep updating this game, and I don't want to dissuade devs from pushing out updates like 8chan shitters have done on many occasions in the past. The world is a Man world (patriarchal), then Macho's act give leadership(dominance) and woman's act give submission(decrease dominance). You gain leadership with violent act (kidnapping) and with martial sports (boxing, tae kwon do or sambo). In conflict relation, you can gain too(dominant conclusion) but you can lose also (submissive conclusion).
But the most variation is in sex's relationship : If you 'cum on face', 'use a strap on', or make degraded sex you win dominance. If you deepthroat your partner, be anal, be gangbang or be humiliated sex you lose dominance.
It's easy to have a high leadership for a Male(not for shemale), it's difficult for a female(less for a hefemale).

It actually does check for party invitations and whether or not you can throw one btw. The game explicity makes a check for if pol = 0 on both.
