This is simply my theory so CMIIW, but just having the save isn't enough, your game has to "see" the event (as in you have to go through the corresponding event in the game yourself) for the CG to be unlocked. This is also where the persistent file comes into play; the game stores your CG unlocking progress in that file (again CMIIW, I'm not really Renpy-savvy).
Can you tell me which one you haven't unlocked? Because I actually have all Darius CGs unlocked (ever since I made that save I think):

I see, I think you might be onto something because even though I can play your save I still do not have 1 Darius CG as you can see here:

The same goes for these two:
Darius: On Day 18 at the Arcade, choose "Keep playing like normal" so that Darius wins the bet and kisses Spencer.
Harold:
The first one: Choose white shirt when going shopping with him on Day 21 (yeah it's the same Bear Belly shirt as the black one, just white). He'll send the picture when you're sexting on Day 24.
The second one: DnD session with everyone wearing clothes. Choose "Practical outfits" on Day 28.
Dozer: Agree with him to compare balls with Chester on Day 17 (during park sex scene, choose his balls until you get the option). Then, say he has the biggest balls on Day 22.
Here, at the bottom part. That should cover the necessary flags to unlock the events. To get 16, barge in Spencer's home without permission. For 18, you need to come clean to Spencer.

As far as I know there aren't any separate versions translated to Spanish. If you go to config you can select however the text to be in Spanish. Though I've never read the VN in Spanish, so I can't tell you how good or bad the translation job is.

Yes I did, and the Spanish translation went to a certain point. From then on there were no more parts in Spanish, only in English.
