These specific flags indicate that Rising is just suspicious of the thing because they find something peculiar, but it's simply because of the unsigned application, not because of any virus.

The "Generic" tag means "it's doesn't have a regular signed application so dunno how safe it is", and "CLOUD" means "oh I dunno I seem to see patterns like some other weird thing I found". Everyone else (the other vendors) agrees nothing is wrong with this.

This is absolutely safe, just not recognisable properly by that one vendor.

Also Cheat Engine doesn't seem to work like it usually does. But Unity games have a habit of not working or letting me edit values.
