Alright I know this might be hard to fulfil, but I need you to read my request and try to. What I'm looking for is nearly impossible, but I'm looking for a game that's fun AND has good art. If you find one, please just put it in the comments.

With how vague your description is, Idk, Doom Eternal and God of War Ragnarok probably fit the bill.
OT: But I assume VNs are out since they aren't really games so much as CYOA. RPGM is out if you want it to be fun OR good looking. IMO that leaves the faux sandboxes and sandboxes like Midnight Paradise or stuff like Big Kuyash. Downside to most sandboxes is that a large sandbox with too few grains of content tends to lose the fun side fast. I guess you can go for games by Epiclust? Since the art is such a parody that it's the fun AND the 'good' graphics all at once.
But as comments before me have mentioned, both 'good' and 'fun' are subjective. I've spent hours in Evil 2 setting up a factory empire, balancing worker wages and all that stuff, which is just meant to be a tiny part of the game and a quick way to set up another stream of daily income. Why? Because I was having fun with it.

what you describe is too generic, the pleasure is completely personal and the various fetishes are also personal, it doesn't seem like a fair request to make to me. also the graphics, what do you mean by beautiful? I like something and maybe you don't like it...
