It has 3 routes, one staying loyal, one on the resistance and the third as a slut who goes against everyone (no spoilers because i had played it a long time ago so i don't remember a lot)
As a porn game i don't like it, it has a lot of weird stuff, but the plot is relatively good (anime level) because you fight against ex-allies and stuff like that IMHO
