Review based on v0.4, Ch. 3.

This game is one of the best ever, potential-wise. But it still has the task of living up to it.

    Pros:
    1) The premise is extremely unique. We very much lack horror AVNs that don't veer into fantasy too much. A game like this is always welcome.
    2) A lesbian FMC game, thankfully, and the FMC is single at the start. Such games are rare as well, we very much lack FMC games without all the "I have a husband/BF, but every ugly, asshole, or ugly asshole I meet harasses me, should I become a slut???" shit.
    3) A 'historical' setting. Creating a game with it is actually a very daunting task, so kudos to the dev for tackling it.
    4) Decent (and improving!) visuals.
    5) Built-in walkthrough and character gallery.
    6) Good writing of sex scenes.

    Cons:
    1) The custom UI could use some polish.
    2) Too many close-ups.

Why four stars instead of five with so many pros and very minor cons? Because we're still quite early in the plot, and the main dish - the murders - haven't really begun yet, so we don't know how good they will be. So I'd rather leave some room for growth and give this game a 4 now than give a 5 and cut it later.

This game is one I never thought I would have seen until mid to late 2024.
Set in a fictional 1980s with the horror element, you'd expect some horror and you do indeed get that theme. All of the characters aren't to my tastes except a few, Vanessa or Tara, perhaps, the lesbian vibes are really appreciated to the fact not many games do this and just make a predatory male character who thinks he can rule over every girl in a game, I ain't no CollectiveShout member, but this is fantastic and I hope to see a lot more coming in the next few years.

    Renders: 5/5
    Writing: 4/5 - minus the typos/grammar I've seen.
Visually: It's great, the depth of field, etc.
Characters: All beautiful and astonishing, only 1 or 2 could do with some work, and that's just me being honest.

Overall, this is a great game that deserves more recognition.

Meh dialogue. It's not bad, but not anything overly special. Weird camp setting that would make more sense if there wasn't this pretend background mix gender camp happening. Also weird that any female the MC is attracted to is also gay or bi. Making it a camp for adults is weird, but I guess that's the only way to get around the counselors being grooming predators. Of course there are boys, but theres like two and of course all of the men except one is an asshole. What's worse is an adult male counselor is gonna force an adult male at the camp (which is still weird) to apologize. Children go to summer camps. 21 year olds being there is strange. Forcing a mixed scenario when you almost never see a male character except when you need someone to be an asshole is strange.

Amazing game, really appreciate the art style, and the tension created between characters.

    Vanessa is 10/10

Dialog is a little odd, but that almost gives the game character.

My only worry is that the quality level is so high, that development doesn't occur fast enough for the game to gain popularity, so we don't get to see where the story goes.

    Love love love this!

    Promising to say the least.

The game has a very well-done '80s vibe, evident from the clothing to the dialogues. The protagonist is attractive and has a pleasant personality, enhanced by the decisions you make (if you want her to be more shy, more bold...). The variety in character models is also appreciated.

The game is in early development, so it only has two sexual scenes, both with good narrative quality, though short, and no actual horror scenes yet, though it seems like that will change in the next version.

I just hope the horror scenes don't take too long to develop, as I suspect the cliffhanger at the end of the last version could be one of the guys playing a prank.

Very promising work from a new dev, an original idea well-executed, which is rare to see these days.

It's a promising start, with distinct characters built on horror movie archetypes. The game shows that the dev has worked really hard to provide the game with some polish. The girls are all engaging in their own way, and I can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

It's still early days but the entire project is brimming with promise.

male protagonist games are done to redundancy, oblivion. 99 percent of this marketplace is dominated with male protagonist games, this is a nice change of pace. as a female protagonist in this game you can do what male protagonists do in their games. date multiple girls, plus the greatest bonus dawn the player character is the hottest in this game. what else do you need the hottest player character who can date other hot girls in the game sign me up. without a doubt best game on this site. i had stopped playing adult visual novels but this i dont know why but i am glad i downloaded it and gave it a go. i will have to sign in from time to time to see only this game updated from now. and dawn you rock.

Another first time dev (sort of) producing some good quality work here! I really do not care about the fem protag, I am happy to play as either sex. At the end of the day, it's about good sexy bits and good story, which this game is starting to reveal.

This game is in it's early days, and so far adheres really well to the typical 80s slasher horror that is pays homage to. A lovely variety of women, with different personalities and body types, enough to satisfy most people.

I love that you play the game being able to see the protag most of the time. It is true that female DAZ assets are much better looking than male ones, but seeing the game through an unseen narator or as a fly on the wall rather than from the protag's perspective adds eye-candy and does not detract from the immersion. For those who don't like to self-insert into fem protags should feel better about this perspective being used.

As a male playing a fem protag game I would say that these sorts of games should get more support than they currently do. Whining about it solves nothing and only distracts people from trying it for themselves and forming opinions that are untainted by hostility towards women.

Good luck dev, you deserve all the good vibes that this game will hopefully bring you.

I really like the game so far, especially because of the horror setting.

I also think the animations are very successful and the characters look great. I'm excited to see where the journey will take us, everything definitely looks promising!

Thanks for the entertainment and keep it up!

I don't usually play VNs with fem protag but I have enjoyed this one, especially due to horror theme. The renders look great and animations work well, can see they're still learning but hopefully it'll improv fuether the more they do it. It's still early, but I think the game has great potential. Can't wait to see what the dev does in the future with it!

This is a promising start, although the game is still in early development (hence why I didn't rate it higher). So far the cast is full of sexy and unique characters, all lovingly created by a charming new developer whose talents and passion shine through in every meticulous detail — ultimately crafting a fun, suspenseful, and even kinky game. This brilliant love letter to the classic slasher films of the 1980s by Sakura Blossom Games asks the player to take her hand as they walk in the woods together, leaving them to question if the screams heard in the distance are the pleasures of a summer camp romance or the final breaths from a victim of something much more sinister lurking in the trees. You can only find out by playing it for yourselves.
