Yesterday this fake site was posted in a thread on /v/, I know there is another thread about this site but this is the first time I've seen it posted by someone trying to bait users into it.

Every good site has its copycat. At least it's not a blatant 100% copy, just the name they want to cash in on. But the site has its own design and is quite interesting... Well, more publicity for us developers is not bad. In fact, the games point to the creator's page and even to the existing topic on this forum.

Yeah...so I got fooled by that website and downloaded their crap. I know I know, but what can I do now? The file I clicked on was named "renee facebook share something," but nothing would happen whenever I clicked on it; the blue loading wheel would spin for a bit, but that was it. I ran Malwarebytes on the files several times before opening them and ran a full driver scan after I deleted those files. What else can I do?

Reinstall OS, if you want. 'Tis a last resort tho, but i don't think you need to worry if Malwarebytes didn't find anything.
Bytes often gives out free trials, so if you ran a scan with that enabled you shouldn't have any problems.

Then you make the mistake of signing up, making friends, getting A.I. photos of them in DMs only to find out later that a war has started in Indian call centers for your info. Several people die trying to get you to buy google play cards, all of them fighting just to reach you.
Truly horrifying.
A site with everyone's username controlled by a bot, spamming nonsensical replies every few seconds.
