Must have a little rant ! I know my taste is special. Like blackmail, corruption, incest, lolis and rape in the games i play. But this are the things you dont do in real live.
There is only one Problem there are Games with rape tag but the only thing about rape is, that one of the girls was raped sometime ago. it is mentiont two times
thats all. So i played the game for a few hours to see cockhungry girls have a loz of romaceshit. In other Games there is the darkpath you can play a very bad guy.
Yeah thats for me. So you play sometime and do every stupid thing in the darkpath and now you can do something bad (Mayby only grab the ass).
Game over ha ha ha. so now i can check some new games out, hope i find something "good".

Your rant is warranted. It is extremely hard to find a game where there's actual graphical rape. There aren't many to begin with, but what you described makes it even harder to find them.

Games where rape is explicit should definitely be tagged differently.

If it is just a tag issue, there is a tag discussion that you can look through to see suggestions from others as well as currently planned tags that will be added in a future site update.

If it is a case of you feel the game has been incorrectly tagged you can report the OP and request the tag be removed but you also need to take something into account, tags are not just used to help people find games but are also used to help people avoid / ignore games. While you might be unhappy that a game tagged with rape only has a mention of it happening in the past, others will be happy it has the tag because they don't want to see or hear about rape in the games they play. The site and the tagging system needs to take all these into account at the moment when games are tagged.

It is not hard to find rape games, the problem is that some people want specific types of rape in specific types of games. There are 4141 games at the moment with the rape tag, while some only mention it, like is mentioned in the OP, many are 2d rpg / sprite / pixel etc. Many show monster or tentacle rape etc. Some people want only 3d, others don't want sandbox and others don't want kinetic novels, all this makes it seem like there may be less.

With even more specific searches like " blackmail, corruption, incest, lolis and rape " it will already be harder because of rule 7 so it less a case of tagging issues and more of having a very specific tastes in already limited genres.

A lot of this will be made easier when the new tagging system is added but some will still be hard to find.

I don't like rape, but I have a similar problem. I download a game with a bdsm tag, but I see that there is only one bdsm scene in a 5 hour game. I think the content has to be repeated a certain amount to get the tag.

They are not 'fake' tags, and that's not something wrong. Even if you don't like it, games must have every single necessary tag. Even if there's only one little scene featuring rape or bdsm or futa or anything else, then there must be the relative tag. The real problem would be if such tags were avoided...

It may be useful to classify games using a double tag system.

• "Philia" or "Kink" tags: the feature must be present consistently and profoundly. Imagine a 12-hour-long game with 50 sex scenes, only one of which is a rape scene. This would not get the philia-rape tag because rape is not a major theme of the game.
  
  
• "Phobia" or "Content Warning" tags: the feature must only be present at least once. The 12-hour-long game with 50 sex scenes and only one rape scene WOULD get the phobia-rape tag because the game features rape once.

I agree entirely. If we don't have weighted tags or a multi-tag system, tags should serve the purpose of informing the user of the main content of the game. They should not be content warnings as a default.

I never said a new tag system would be bad. But if we are talking about the current tag system, you can't avoid necessary tags.

On the contrary, even a basic tag like vaginal sex is only on ~65% of games here, so refraining from using low relevance tags actually fits the de facto system better.
