3.type:

(OR $cheat.openMemories()
then "enter"
if cheat on ,have a text show"All memories temporary opened."
and all full base sex memory opened(at Pip-girll2000 menu-->journal)
(i am sure ()is work, but if cannot work try this.$cheat.openMemories(true),sometime it work,too
(about type cheat commands,you can use keyboard "up"to re-show last commands)

It's a good game, very reminiscent of the original Fallout, but the way you move around the stage is a bit tedious, being able to mark a destination with just a mouse click to get there would add a lot of dynamism to the game.
Also, the list of missions is a bit confusing, it's hard to know which ones have been completed, I think it would be a good idea to have the option to activate a mission like in the original game to be able to follow the instructions until completing it.

You can control the movement with the mouse. This feature has been available from the very beginning. Previously, there was a problem with the RPG Maker engine, which did a poor job with pathfinding and could not plot a route if the character had to pass through some obstacle, such as a door. Now that we have almost completely got rid of the old system, there are no such difficulties anymore, you can specify any point on the map, and if it is possible to physically get there, then Natasha will do it on her own.

Yeah, the game is pretty cool and the art is 10/10 but... you can do a 100% run in less than 4 hours, which is a bit dissapointing... but the game does have potential. Fingers crossed it doesn't get abandoned (again)

The game is not demanding on resources in general. But the operating system itself can limit its performance, which has a catastrophic effect on FPS. There is information about this in the handbook (troubleshooting section). The part about settings for Nvidia video cards may also be relevant for Windows 7. However, it is doubtful that the energy saving algorithms there are as aggressive as in Windows 10. Possible solution to problems on some machines running Windows 10. Power saving mode can have a detrimental effect on webgl performance in browsers based on the chromium engine. To avoid this you need to make some system settings.
Windows settings:
System -> Display -> Graphics settings -> Choose an app to set preference -> Classic app
Next, click Browse and select fall.out.exe in the game data folder. When a new option appears, select it and click Options -> High performance
Nvidia video cards:
Nvidia control panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Global Settings -> Power management mode -> Prefer maximum performance (or for fall.out.exe)
