You should use most of the potions in the training prepraition room.

you need to pick the stamina potion that increasing her stamina after that pick any pose that you can massage her and massage her 20 times

there is no short way to train her but for money do this: pick feet pose, buy aphrodisiac and stamina potions for you and her and then spam feet. its the best way to print money

Finish all the quests and make sure one of the two progresses(sexual or corruption) won't fill to 1000,or both don't fill to 1000.
It will give a game over end,and you will be NTR by the orc cheiftain,because the elf will be take away from you to be a sex slave for orc cheiftain.
Attention,this gallery is No-hentai CG. You will only just be Ntr for some kind of story.
