Well, let's get the positives out of the way first. The art is pretty decent if you're into 3dcg, not much animation to speak of though. The scenes themselves are decently varied, though as they progress they tend towards a lot of physical abuse (face slapping, spitting etc), which was a bit of a downer for me.
Sadly that's about all the positives I can give. The story is pretty standard, evil demon takes over tower, kill demon, get freaky with the locals. The gameplay is fairly fast paced for the first dungeon, but then devolves into this huge grind fest as you cut down and mine hundreds of trees and rocks to upgrade your sword. To add to the annoyance, as part of what I can only assume is an anti cheat measure, your currency isn't the usual gold. Rather it works like an item, in that you can't carry more than 99 at a time, and are constantly depositing and withdrawing it from the teddy bear banks littered around every shop.
The dungeon layout can also be somewhat unintuative, the worst offender was during the third dungeon, where a text box pops up warning you about the hot floor ahead. To progress you have to completely ignore that, since you can't get the item for it till you basically clear the dungeon, and just walk right through the hazard.
All in all, I can reccomend the scenes if you're into physical and verbal degredation, but unless you're as much of a masochist as the lead female, don't stick around for the gameplay.
