I don't think Luna having a painful orgasm is the main issue between the two, but rather the experience she is having. In the story she is still actively resisting to the whispers and seductions of Vargas, and while it seems that she got it under control we are beginning to see the other side of Luna.

The "Codex" of the game hints Luna's inner turmoil as we see that while she is happy living in AEGIS, she doesn't really know the luxuries that life can offer. Also the compatibility you mentioned is not just purely physical but also emotional as well, the stat's is just a way for us the readers to visualize the actions that the heroine and bull has taken during there affair.

the status show her mental state with other stats, the compatibility should be 100% physiological or it would be redundant with the stats shown just under it :S
at least that's how i've read it, and i took it as a "realistic" physiological feed from her gear ... it could be my personal misinterpretation but while the reading felt incorect it seemed to be the right understanding to me

not too sure what you mean about her resisting though, she's just denying fact at this point (that how it sound to me at least)

Ofcourse she is resisting and then denying what she doesn't wanna believe which may be true. Physical compatibility is more than just sex, its got to do with other things as well like Kissing, hugging, and other physical aspects. Emotional changes also lead to physical changes like heartbeat, blood pressure, body temperature, body strength, etc. Maybe this helped you.

In addition to what everyone else has said about physical compatibility, there's also the fact that Aiden is her first, so her vagina has never had to 'stretch' to accomodate a larger wang. You can see it visually how it was a perfect fit for Aiden at the beginning and now his tiny peen may not be able to touch the sides.

This perfectly encapsulates the compatibility, it has nothing to do with orgasms or anything. That's why it's said there its tailored for Aiden because ONLY him has touched it and nobody else.
