Played v0.6. It's not a masterpiece, but it's a fun little exploration of a lewd wasteland with some surprisingly decent deck-building roguelike game underneath, very Slay the Spire inspired.
There are a few locations to visit along the way which appear in some of the question-mark locations on the map, and some of the quests require you to repeatedly visit or go back to locations you've already been to. Some of the characters in those locations and in the vault have a mild corruption/relationship mechanic, with some decent art scattered around as a reward. I suspect the use of AI art, but it's not terribly jarring as it is in some other cases.
Overall, not the greatest game out there, but fun enough if you're not expecting the world from it.
