As I wrote - There is nothing wrong in setting up the story in unrealistic scenario with whole town under the yolk of opressive corrupt cops, with everyone beeing corrupted one way or the other.
There are a few movie scenarios like that I believe.
The lack of realism in this way is not a problem - in contrary - it may produce a really interesting scenario, diffrent that most borring identical "high school centered games".
But it was implemented rather poorly. Not enough exposition or more convincing reactions from some of the characters, some actions by the cops were really a bit over the top silly etc.
So the idea is fine - the execution of it could be smoother.

Lol. I didn't make a point about the quality of the story at all. My post wasn't about that and neither was the one I was answering to.
There have been many posts complaining about the story and how unrealistic the scenario with the cops is, you will notice I didn't answer a single one of them.
The guy had a problem with games depicting rape and acted as if the devs weren't allowed to have that in their game, that's all I wrote about, I didn't say anything about the quality of the story, nor about how realistic or not it is.
In my opinion the devs like a certain kind of content and they just took a short-cut to get there. It's more a fantasy than a story that is in any way trying to be life-like.

Reading the last 2 pages of comments what I gathered is people are mostly trigerred by the cop doing the rapey stuff,
There are tons of games on this site where the MC behaves like an asshole, I don't think people got as triggerred as this

the story is the whole focus and the only thing to be worked on so the story is what must force us to come back and play this game i must be waiting excited for chapter 5 when i'm done with chapter 4 right ?

Nothing wrong with corrupt cops ruling a city the problem is that it was given to us in a very basic cliche way and for a kinetic game that is it a fail a big one
like there was no effort in making an exciting story so far not even a fast paced progress one

the main thing the game has to offer is it's story but right now the story so far is well basic , unrealistic and what they claim as NTR is not but rape two complete different kinks

if the MC is watching and feeling Butt hurt then yes
if the girl is being taken from someone else and raped then yes
here the husband is no show and our MC sees nothing ( only strip search and even that he does not see all of it )
so in this game it is plain rape and is not rape ntr << if it makes sense
anyway i won't tell the devs how to make their game it is not my place
just delivering criticism everyone must play the game and formulate their own opinion about it

You still need to create suspension of disbelief in fantasy. Masterful fantasy writing still has elements that make the viewer immerse in the world. Nonsense plot is not excused by yelling "FANTASY" at critics.

Seriously people, you don't think there is such a thing as corrupt cops, or anybody in a position of power abusing that authority? What rock have you been living under? Seems to me many people here are still living a nice cushy, comfortable life under the blissful protection of Mama's bosom, knowing absolutely nothing of the real world out there.
Anyway on another note. Never once have I played a realistic porn game, video game, and have very rarely seen a realistic movie or tv show. Please don't tell me that all the happy little incest harem games are in anyway believable! I find this game far more creative and realistic than that overused silly junk. But I don't think that most of the complaints have anything to do with realism anyway, I think most of it is people despising the kinks herein and thus shitting all over the story. Apparently unable to read tags, as well as differentiate between fiction & reality. There is no real person being abused here. Good Grief!!! I am fully convinced that some people just have whining and complaining as a full time hobby, and thus play games like this in order to traumatize themselves into having a full on hissy fit.
Can those of us who enjoy these kind of games and kinks do so in relative peace, without the constant trolling from all the Vanilla folks? It happens in every single thread with NTR and or blackmailing etc. I am so sick of it. It's is just non stop selfishness. I notice some of the same people that complain about these kinks in every game thread that these kinks exist in, will throw an absolute fit and go berserk if these kinks are even mentioned in their precious game threads. Such HYPOCRISY! Please just stay where you feel nice, safe, comfy and warm. Maybe find a new hobby, watch some sesame street, play a little tic tac toe, or have another sip of mothers milk.
I apologize to the mods if I have taken this too far, but I have been on this forum for about a year and half and I always try my damnedest to keep quiet, but this kind of behavior is wearing me down. I mean who wants to hear supposed adults incessantly whining about game content over and over and over. I'd rather sit in room of crying infants 24/7. At least they have an excuse. Perhaps this forum needs some additional rules? Because, for many of us here it is a very unpleasant place for mature intelligent game discussion.

That happened to me too when I tried to continue from a save. You need to click start instead of load and from there you can go directly to chapter 4.
