I played the game for the first time a few days ago.
I love games like this with attractive women who have big, but not huge, boobs that lead you to the desired point.
The story is beautiful and exciting. I really liked the plot and the clear choices.

Pros:

• High count of cast members with varied types of kinks.

Cons:

• Sandbox hell that gets worse with every update, grinding have failstates that give you no gain requiring you to grind even more for the mandatory stat checks, different maps that each have different navigations menus making you go through more menus just to do the daily grinds even with the quicktravel enabled, multiple mazes in the game that require you to guess how to progress the questline.
• Both the H scenes and character banter are extremely abrupt, characters go from having a normal conversation to throwing rude racist degoratory remarks at each other unprovoked, or jumping straight to finishing up hardcore sex in a matter of seconds with zero buildup.
• Character models change from scene to scene, not just makeup or hairstyle shifts, they look unrecognizable enough that you would not be able to tell without their names.
• Hint system sometimes give misleading information that leads you to infinite grind loop instead of progressing the quests.

PRO:

• Beautiful, unique looking characters that really stand out in the field of adult VN games mostly done with the same Honey Select or Daz3D assets. Dev has great sense of beauty, all characters have Very pretty faces. Rochelle, Keren, etc are some of the sexiest characters I seen in an adult game. The queers are hot and even the guys are outstandingly hot, like Hugh and Wlad, which is exceptionally rare. However, imo the MC looked much better before the remake. I was disappointed every time when MC was back to the abraham lincoln bearded doofus from the badass turkish daddy w scars.
• Lots of adult scenes. This is definitely not a slow-burn game.
• Animations are nice. They have energy and momentum and that's a big deal. The reason its nice and not amazing, is because they are also too abrupt. There's no build up, just straight to max speed pummeling. Then often there's no finish, it just ends w the same abruptness. But overall, I seen many worse, so it's good. It's better than the average Honey Select or Daz.
• Sexually open minded game, there's options to be bi, gay, or straight, and sleep with all kinds of people. This is very cool!
• Pretty long
• Occasionally a joke lands, and it's funny. The one about AI and artists was a good one.

CON:

• Appalling voice audio loops ruin every sex scene. Most of the time its just deranged anime squealing that is inappropriate to the energy of the scene or the vibe of the LI, but other times its genuinely disturbing audio clips of grunting and whimpering, like someone is in pain.... What the hell??? If you just put some simple slow moaning under every scene, that would be a huge improvement! Less is more.
• Even though i think the game is supposed to be kinky, I found most sex scenarios and camera views unstimulating and a bit unimaginative, which makes it all feel pretty vanilla doggystyle despite the beautiful characters and explored tags. There are scenes that could have been pretty hot, if it would have had sexy camera angles or more narrative buildup. For example, you often don't see the genitals at all - for me that is important to be able get into it. And often there is no foreplay or climax either. There's a wide range of cast for orientation and gender, but whats the point? One way or the other, every single h-scene revolve around MC having an irresistible giga horse cock that is always painful but addictive for everyone. He rams it into every virgins ass and its the best thing that ever happened. Most tired trope in adult VNs. Besides that, the vast majority of sex scenes I have seen are anal. The rest are blowjobs. This feels repetitive if its not your absolutely favorite thing. Progressing a characters events be like: MC lets have anal, tentatively. next event? anal again, somewhere else. last event? i love you, lets have anal forever. repeateble event? im your anal hole. Then they introduce new girl, who also loves anal. Then next girl also loves anal. Okay...
• "Why are we here, just to suffer?" The queer characters, and even just muscular or bigger girls who are straight, are constantly made fun of, bullied or disrespected by their family and friends to show that they are "different". Then the MC laughs like its funny banter, or some strange reactions like that. It's okay to have a humiliation or degradation kink, but this isn't really that as they arent connected to the sex scenes. I understand its to show a struggle, that this is setting up plot points where kumbaya others learn to be accepting or stuff. But after several times the casual frequency of it in all dialogue just starts feeling nasty, as if writer has disdain for these people in real life and cant imagine them just living life being content and appreciated. On this same note, there are also a bit Weird tangents about "society is too tolerant" and things like that. I say Lets focus on showing us what you find sexy, appreciate that together, and get off on it.

Tech. Recommendation to Dev:
I wish good luck! Keep going. I see lot of potential. Improvements between old and new content are visible and significant. I think its a good idea to get an english proofreader who can help fix all the broken grammar in the script. Maybe a fan would be up for it for free. I think the 4k VP9 .webm movie files are the single reason for the game-breaking lag. Probably it's overkill to use 4k on devices with smaller resolutions - and most players are not on 4k. Or perhaps its an issue in Ren'py itself. I had to switch to the compressed release midway through the prologue just to be able to continue playing on my 1080p device. I'd recommend:

• package several resolutions of movie files, make game only play the one that is appropriate for players desktop resolution, OR
• decrease resolution of all movie files, OR/AND
• change encoding

LOVE IT!

I have played from start to finish and it's alot of fun! From very nice spicy scenes and funny jokes in-between. The fights keep you on your toes where one wrong move could be you loading the quick save.

The erotic scenes are very enjoyable and it cares alot about what themes you are comfortable with, giving you options to turn off and or avoid certain sexual themes while sending you the ones you enjoy.

Later in the game, i personally chose to use the travel system by using the short cuts feature and it felt very relaxing earning money, upgrading and buying new things in the downtime from story events.

The ongoing story is wonderful, one momment your just having fun with the many optional sexual partners then find yourself in a much bigger and serious situation all while balancing erotic fun, dramatic storylines and engaging choice tactical fights all with comedic relief.

English is very good with limited cases of mistakes so all and all?

Highly recommend this game! I found it really nice to just lay down on my phone
(it has both pc and mobile versions with compressed or optimal file options)

WARNING: When the game gives you an option to enable cheats, you should probably go for it, because hidden choices, that rely on stat checks. So cheats [ON] = more content.

"Big dick Jonson copulates half the town because he can" the game. There is some central plot, but it's so absurd, that I don't really feel motivated to follow it. There is some semblance of relationships and maybe even romance, but it's all so shallow and doesn't do beyond "you're so big and manly, let's fuck"-tier motivations, most characters are either caricatures or have no personalities whatsoever. The writing is definitely on the lower quality range, sometimes dialogue is so fucking bad, it's unbearable to read.

• Navigation system to which you're introduced after the prologue is confusing, bloated and a complete waste of time. You can avoid most of it by choosing to play available events from the event list, but you still have to use this abhorrent sandbox from time to time, and the game looses on pacing and coherence because of it. Ideally it should be reworked or removed completely, so that the rest plays out like the prologue.
• Combat "exists", but from what I gather it's just rock, paper, scissors, and I don't know why it's there.
• Using "Second Life" for visuals is a very unique and creative approach to making VN/point&click adult game. It's not good nor bad, just wanted to point it out and give credit where it's due.
• The textbox is in the way of some imagery, and there is no way to make it transparent.
• A lot of the time there is a delay between images shown and the text describing them Kinda fixed.
• Hearing warning: some sounds are poorly mixed and will be extremely loud (pain inducing) unless all audio is muted. Fixed
• A third of the character cast are trans and femboys and they don't even hide their "tools", which are sometimes bigger than MC's. I'd prefer if they were caged or at least much smaller, so it's not as distracting, they're supposed to be sissies after all. Most models are attractive with pretty faces, lots of girls are cuties, born to be snuggled, though too many have oak-sized hips and buttocks big enough to smuggle Ukraine's draft dodgers across Romanian border inside them. Very little variety in that regard.
• Too much anal. Which is understandable for transsexuals and femboys, cause that's all they've got, but vast majority of female cast only have anal content as well. Once in a while if fine, but this much is unhealthy IMO.
• The constant fucking breeding talk, even during anal scenes, even with femboys makes me nauseous. Everything should have it's limit, please stop.
• Humor is a bit crude. It's not excessively cringe, but doesn't make me laugh either. Some of the jokes on the current political and culture wars are spot on, others not so much. I wish they were more subtle and less in your face.
• I have encountered several "Ren'py exeption" bugs, and even had one crash. Overall technical condition is not awful but could be better.
• Music is nice, but is often too dramatic or does not fit the mood at all.
• Game is in the process of being "remastered", so half the scenes are of completely different style and quality from the rest. And they're all mixed together too. Suffice to say it looks abhorrent. Not sure if it's still being remastered, or the dev just came to terms with it and moved on with the development of new content. There are still old scenes right after the prologue ends.
• Erotic content could be better. I have already voiced some miscellaneous concerns, but there is no teasing, no prelude, no undressing / caressing / preparation, no build up. Sometimes sex is so sudden, it feels like a jumpscare. Majority of sex scenes basically go like this: Let's fuck -> black screen -> 1-2 disjointed animation loops -> climax animation (sometimes we don't even get what) -> black screen -> maybe basic afterglow/pillow talk, if we are lucky. Naughty talk is quite primitive AND repetitive. Animations are okay, and feature complex movement, but sometimes bodies look stiff and loops are seamed awry. There is no camera movement and some angles (view) are straight up bad. Audio is poorly mixed (some sound are way louder than the others, bad acoustics, background noise), and sound effects could be diversified, moans in particular. Overall there is very little eroticism. Author has got many hot scenarios on their hands, but wastes all potential.

*Rating used to be ★★☆☆☆. Props to the dev for improving and fixing shit.

Scenes are great, progression is alright, not sure about the free roam yet but that just takes time to fill in with content so its fine for now. Ultimately, I enjoyed it, but I cant give it 5 stars when I compare it to other games on this site. But I really dig the art style and the scenes so I hope the devs continue working on it.

Alright, so...I want to start this by saying I should like this game, at least in theory. But, I don't.
It's a harem game, has a variety of love interests, hits some of my personal fetishes, and isn't too hard on the eyes.
That being said, I did not enjoy my time playing this game. Let's talk about why.
-It can't decide if it's a VN or an actual game: It has more gameplay elements than a simple "hold ctrl to get to the sexy bits" VN, but it's not fleshed out enough to make it actually fun or satisfying to play
-A lot of sex scenes feel disconnected from the game itself. As another reviewer mentioned, it feels more like many scenes were added simply to say the game has "X fetish" rather than as a natural evolution of the story
-The MC is pure cringe. Like, this is what a 14 year old would think a "cool badass dude" would be. It honestly feels like a caricature, but is played out like it's supposed to be unironic. Also, his appearance is just fucking ridiculous
-The writing is just...bad. Like, okay, there are some decent parts, but overall, a lot of the dialogue had me scratching my head as to how it made it past the proofreading stage
Overall, I applaud the dev for working hard, but I just can't give this game a positive review in its current state.

The reviewer saying there are only three LIs so far has... not got very far. I love this. I cheat the stats - even then, by the way, you won't always win the sporadic combats. But it doesn't matter (if you have saved). For hot dialogue, hot LIs, harem and maledom vibe, this has few rivals. I subscribed to unlock the locked content, and it was worth it. Though you'd want to be into sissification to enjoy it (the LIs not the MC!).

The visuals are rough and ready, and perhaps it's a bit annoying that the updates switch between new content and remastering old stuff. There are hours of content all the same, way more than others which have taken the same time to develop.

The story, well - what do you expect? It's a ridiculous mess of teacher-school, violent-magic fantasy, and 'family' relationships (not obvious to begin with, though in theory you don't need a patch). You haven't come here for Henry James.

The VN is entertaining, and the English is fully readable with no grammatical or spelling mistakes, which is not very common in this genre. It shows the care the developer took in delivering a quality product.

This story is a slow burn—very, very slow. I can't say it's anything original, as it features the same family clichés that can be found in many other VNs out there. It's a kinetic novel with good renders, but not much change in scenery—basically, everything happens at the beach house.

It's not my favorite style of story development. I don't mind the slow burn, but this one borders on nonsense with its very heavy tease and denial, and character development that moves one step forward and three steps back. This becomes very frustrating if you play more than one chapter at a time, as it becomes repetitive. You can expect a sudden cool-off as soon as things start to heat up, over and over again. It feels like there's a lot of filler for very little story.

The characters are fine so far—there are only three. The two women actually have their own personalities, which is what you'd expect when reading a novel. The biggest problem is the male character, who is completely irrelevant. He's just there to justify the slow-burn development of the story.

I would recommend this VN. As I said before, it's entertaining if you play each update as it comes out, but if you're like me and prefer to wait for a few updates before returning to a game, I wouldn't recommend doing so with this one.

this game is completely nonsensical, but is genuinely fucking hilarious. it makes absolutely no sense and things just happen all the time. i have played it over like four times now, and i'm just about to play it again.

if you can ignore the plot (or lack thereof), the game is pretty nice. graphics fairly dated, sure, but the guy is fucking jacked as shit, and the girls are all improbably hot.

the sandbox is annoying, though.

It's kind of like a weird fever dream of a game. It's as if the dev has overall ideas/plot point but doesn't understand how to translate that into a coherent story. Or maybe it's like a messy facsimile of a game.

It's just back-to-back ... to-back-to-back characters one after another with no real build-up. It doesn't help that scenes and renders aren't that great either.

I'm also just incredibly confused about the relationships between the MC and everyone else. Also I don't really think the stats are explained and you just sort have to infer things beyond the basic, "It lets you do this". Which just further supports my impression of a fever dream. The story's just so loosely put together that instead of saying, "What the fuck was that and why?" it's more like "(blank stare) Uh ..." like there's just too many things that don't make sense.

I'm not usually one to complain about copious scenes and lack of a story but this feels like it'd work better as some kind of slideshow video than an actual game with a story to play. But it is a game so I can't really give this a higher rating unfortunately.

And I don't mean this to disparage the dev. It's just ... you've gotta understand that part of why at least I (and maybe other people) play these kinds of games is either for the story (regarding AVNs) or because it feels like a game where you're "rewarded" with the scenes. If it doesn't really feel like a different experience separate from just looking up images/videos yourself then what's the point? It just ends up being, "Beat it ... but with extra steps that aren't that enjoyable". I'm not going to lie and say I only play these games for those aspects because that's just not true. But without those aspects ... why bother playing anything?

The more story-centric AVNs are usually for building tension between characters, telling a story that keeps you interested or captures a certain essence , or simply making the player like your characters.

The kind of "game" games are also fun for me. Build up your stats, unlock rewards, etc. Although, that's probably an unpopular opinion. Still, they have their place. Like when a dev can't write for shit but is creative enough to structure those scenes around a game.

i love this game , great story , style , characters , sex contents , im not seeing much flaws to talk about here to be honest , even the sex scenes here are one of the best

However , the choices are confusing some times & you may miss some good scenes because of it .. and the quest locations list also a bit complicated .. its like a place within a place within a street within a city ,, and even when you choose the short cut style , it's still gonna act like sandbox , it doesn't take you directly to the events as it says .. and that's pretty much it , other than that , its amazing game

So, what can I say about this game ? When I first jumped into 'Family Trouble', it honestly felt like I was back in my childhood, playing The Sims for hours on end. But what really caught my attention was the storytelling. The way the main character stays true to their personality makes everything feel so much more real. The game has a fantastic mix of scenes that cater to all kinds of tastes—there’s definitely something for everyone! Overall, I really believe in this project and have no doubt that the visuals will improve to match the quality of the story in the future.

First, I want to clarify that I’m also a patron on SubscribeStar.

The game currently has several issues, like ground textures that sometimes look really bad, images with inconsistent aspect ratios (likely due to problems with the Second Life camera), music that doesn't loop correctly, clipping, no 4K renders, and a few other problems.

However, I’m willing to support the project and overlook these flaws because I know they are temporary. I’ve been following the development from the beginning, back when she didn’t have any editors, and the game was written in English that was difficult to understand.

The game has improved significantly since version 0.4, which is when I started backing the project about 7 months ago.

She mentioned on Patreon recently that the 1.0 version will be a remaster where all of these issues will be addressed. Right now, she’s focused on creating new content.

If you compare the old renders or writing with the content at the end of Chapter 1, you’ll see how much the game has developed.

Interesting game not sure why there seems to be people with issues other then then being IGN Staff? yes that one that had trouble getting out of that game.
Those that are used to novels and story based game should find it fine for a work that is still being worked on. I am sure they will take constructive feedback if honest issues are raised.

I would say the game is pretty good after finally getting around to it, but also the main character is so creeper and unlikable it's jarring at times.

I don't love playing the "generic loser" but this is just playing as a full blown a-hole that is rude to everyone with no reason to be most of the time, and racist to boot (First thing he says to an Asian character is a comment about "Aren't you Asians supposed to be good at math" lol wtf is that?

I don't mind the renders and animations as much as some not 10/10 but not 1/10 either.

Story is average, and really that's all it needs to be.

The main character, I have to point this out, is so unlikable and just like some "alpha male" fantasy simulator at times that it genuinely is eye rolling. Even for a hentai/porn game the main character is creepy about needing to internal monologue about every woman in the most creeper way. being excessively rude to every female character, the way he treats non-Caucasian woman is super cringe.

It's a 4+ game that is dragged down pretty hard by a horrible main character that feels more like the random jerk guy you cheer against in every other hentai/porn game.

I am baffled by the high star rating and I will be objective, not just chuck my opinion around because I got offended or whatever.

The renders are pretty terrible, changing aspect ratios, body parts that just don't look remotely right and a host of other issues. There's an anus at one point, which doesn't really look anything like one, not quite sure what it looks like to be honest but not an anus, and far too much time and attention is paid to it for it to not look like one, it's just painful.

The writing is awful, sadly. It makes no sense and needs a proof reader desperately. It's comical so has at least that going for it but it's comical in the way that 'Enter the Ninja' is comical. So yeah, no story to speak of or any kind of believable or even cleverly written dialogue.
