Identify Fantasy Game I played

I played a game several years ago I'd like to find again . It had western 2d characters and was a renpy-style menus and text game but not sure if actually made in ren'py.
The premise was that you (male MC) usurped or took over a kingdom with the help of a succubus and captured the princess/queen. I recall there were some resource management mechanics and you over time built a harem including the busty blonde princess, the succubus, a pair of dark elf thief sisters and I think some other fantasy races like an orc and a dwarf

I don't believe it was finished at the time but had a fair amount of content.

To clarify the very first thing that happens in the introduction is you take over and throw the princess in prison, and iirc you could choose to be nice or cruel to her in various scenes for different routes. At some point the succubus's mother shows up, but that was still WIP when I last checked on the game
