You could strip them from stuff they wear as far as I have noticed while playing with their models a bit.

Because unlock "all" scenes unlocks all scenes that are available now, not all the scenes that are listed in the game.
Why do people think that a 0.1.4 version of the game will have all the scenes?

It's a slide puzzle, you can find several guides online as to how to solve those. A small tip is taking a screenshot and pausing so you can figure out where the tiles should be.
