There should be a mission to build a water ditch closer to Alex's farm.
I've never seen a farm game that had a water ditch as far away as this one, this is disgusting .... I'm sorry but planting and having to go there at that distance to fill a damn water canister is disgusting nonsense .
How long has this game been in development and until today this was not thought of !!!

If you clear a large region at the farm. You can place many working furnaces. I placed 5 so I can make 5 ingots a day instead of 1 with only one furnace. View attachment 633163
You must place all furnaces at the same time. If this is a bug please provide some way to upgrade a furnace to handle more than 1 ingot a day.

How did you even have 5 furnaces ???

I had only one furnace. The game let me place many. After each placement the furnace stays in the hold box and counts down. I think is ended with -3 when I ran out of space to place more at 5. I was able to repeat this. I used the mouse to place all the furnaces.
